Borinquen Collab Group LLC is a Puerto Rico real estate investment company based in Naguabo. We buy properties that need work, renovate them, and sell or operate them as rentals. Our first property is a short-term rental in Naguabo that we operate ourselves, and that's the standard we apply to every project: we treat it as if we were going to live in it.
We live on the island
That matters when it's an inheritance with five signatures, a contractor who says he arrived at six, or a closing that needs one more certification. We don't operate from a call center in another state. We go to the property, sit down with the family and get it done.

If your house is worth more listed with an agent, we tell you. We'd rather lose a deal than a reputation.
Attorney closing, always
Every purchase goes through title study, certifications and a notary attorney. There are no shortcuts in Puerto Rico worth taking.

Borinquen Collab Group is led by Jenimar Pendleton, also the founder of JP Collaborators, a business systems and automation firm. That background is why every project here has a line-item budget, weekly reports and a written process instead of a notebook.
