Four steps
You see an abandoned house
On your street, in your neighborhood, on the way to work. Closed up, overgrown, nobody looking after it.
You send us the tip
Where it is and whatever you know about the owner. If you don't know who it is, send the address anyway: we'll look.
We do the rest
We find the owner, run the numbers and make them a cash offer.
We close and pay you $1,000
On closing day, if your tip was the first one on that house and the owner sold to us.

So there are no doubts
Paid at closing
Not when we get the tip, not when we make the offer. When the purchase closes. If the owner doesn't sell, there's no payment.
First tip wins
If two people send the same house, the one that arrived first gets paid (form date and time).
Houses already on our list don't count
We tell you within 48 hours if that house was already on our list.
You don't negotiate with the owner
You connect us and we talk to the owner. We agree on your payment in writing before closing.
